It's Glinda the Good Witch from Wicked.
I made her because asked me.

I tried to make more details on her than I did on Elphaba before. The dress was the most complicated, because it supposed to look this way [link] Her face is kinda weird, I tried different ways for her to smile, to laugh or to look surprised, but it wasn't any better.
